Founder & CEO of Avenue Equestrian.
I’ve helped build Fortune 500 brands and scrappy start-ups alike—but these days, my focus is helping equestrian business owners step into confident leadership with a clear roadmap for growth: in finances, operations, relationships, and beyond.
After college, I left riding to build a corporate career, eventually becoming a strategist and manager for companies like IBM. But something was missing. I knew how to help others succeed—but I wasn’t doing it for myself.
Four years (and a lot of trial and error) later, I run the horse business I used to dream about. I own three horses, ride two days a week, and consult for equestrian entrepreneurs who are ready to do the same: build a business that works—and a life that feels like theirs.
